Understanding the user
In the initial user research stage for this mental health app, interviews and surveys were conducted to understand users' needs and preferences. Initially, it was assumed that they would focus on relaxation techniques, but after data analysis, it was discovered that many were looking for tools to strengthen resilience and self-esteem. The focus was adjusted to include more positive psychology and self-improvement content in response to these needs.

Weak points

Paper wireframes
Taking the time to develop iterations of each screen of the paper application ensures that the elements that made it into the digital wireframes were adequate to address the users' pain points.

Low Fidelity Prototype

Usability study: Findings
These studies allowed us to assess the effectiveness, ease of use and user satisfaction when interacting with the application.

High Fidelity Prototype

Accessibility considerations
MindFull application demonstrates that it has been designed with user accessibility in mind, taking into account many factors, which together with its purpose makes it a tool to help anyone.

What I learned
What I have been able to see most clearly throughout this project is the importance of the research process when it comes both to devising and designing. It is necessary to carry out exhaustive studies of both people and other companies if you really want to achieve something professional.
